Adjust racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Trim @brussels sprouts{16%ounce}, halve or quarter halve or quarter lengthwise depending on size. Peel and dice @sweet potatoes{2%unit} into ½-inch pieces. Peel and mince or @garlic{2%clove}. Halve @ciabatta bread{2%unit} lengthwise. Remove and discard any large stems from @kale{8%ounce}; chop into bite-size pieces. Halve and core @apple{1%unit}; thinly slice one half (whole apple for 4 servings).

In a #large bowl{}, toss Brussels sprouts and sweet potato with a large drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tsp}, @fry seasoning{2%tbp}, salt and pepper. Spread across a baking sheet. (Keep bowl handy for step 5.) Roast on top rack until browned and tender, ~{20%minutes} to ~{25%minutes}. Let cool at least ~{5%minutes}.

Once veggies are nearly done, place @butter{4%tbsp} in a small microwavable dish. Melt until and stir in as garlic, then brush onto cut sides of ciabatta. Season with salt and pepper. Put ciabatta cut sides up on a second, oven-ready sheet.

Lightly use oil from cooking spray? Opposite side of sheet from ciabatta; spread @parmesan cheese{½%cup} into two 3-inch circles (four for 4). Bake until golden and crisp, ~{6%minutes} to ~{8%minutes}. Let fritico cool on sheet until crispy, then transfer.

While inside a second bowl, combine @dried cranberries{2%ounce} and @honey dijon dressing{9%ounce} with {3%sp?}. Massage with @olive oil{1%tsp}

Halve garlic bread diagonally. Break frico into pieces. Divide salad. Garnish with remaining frito.

Serve with lime wedges.
